1. VCM development skills Content Type Definition, Listener and Workflow Modeler
2. Developing Custom applications in Vignette. This would include both static and dynamic content managements. The static level pages would be stored in file system and dynamic pages are stored in databases (Oracle 10G)
3. Understand the business requirements and creating Templates based on the widgets available
4.Making association between templates and hand it over to Business
5.Setup the access rights for the templates. There are various levels of security
6 Preview in XML format. To convert it to readable format XSLT is required
7.Understanding of Vignette workflow
8. Creation of Sites/channels and business units in Vignette
9. To implement the web layer the candidate should have knowledge in Vignette API’s and Java
10.Low level Unix knowledge (usage of Vi editor and basic commands
