The templates can be purchased in two ways, the first is a low cost to basically license the template, where you get to own and use the template but you don’t own the rights of the template so someone else could buy the same web template as you purchased. The second way to purchase a template from them is to buy the template and the rights to that template at a cost of around 20-40 times the cost to own the template but not the rights of the templates.
These templates can be used with most website builder programs including Frontpage and Dreamweaver. Most of the templates will only work in a unix environment but are optimized enough to take advantage of a shared web hosting account.
